EMAIL your list to us:
1. Export your 'clean' database list (NCOA, CASS, etc.) to a comma-delimited or tab-delimited ASCII text file.
2. Zip the ASCII text file. Write this file name in the Order Form, above.
3. Email the list as an attachment to support @vLetter.com.
To use the converted list (that's been zipped or stuffed):
1. vLetter Direct will email the list back to you as a zipped or stuffed file.
2. Unzip the file containing the converted list, letter, and font (if it was purchased at the time of list submission).
3. Import the converted list into the database; install the font and select it in the database; print your project.
NOTE: This is for one-time use of the converted list. For multiple use of lists over 5,000 names or for commercial print services, submit a signed Direct Mail Font License Agreement and order form prior to each use.
